Sacred Ceremony

As humans, across all traditions, our lives were once rich with ritual and ceremony. These sacred gatherings tracked the cycles of the moon, the seasons, the harvests - helping us stay connected to nature’s natural rhythms, and to each other in community. Rich ceremonies have held us for generations through the milestones of birth, naming, coming of age, menarch, marriage, parenthood and beyond…all the way up until death.

Depending on the culture you live in, elements of these sacred rituals remain - others have been lost or lack the potency they once carried. It is my intention as a healer on this planet to assist in the great remembering of ancient wisdom that lives in our bones and in the Earth beneath our feet. Over the past 4 years I have experienced the deep magic and medicine of holding space for Women’s Circles, Mixed Gender Circles, and Mother Blessings. I offer deep reverence to the Indigenous ancestors and wisdom keepers of these lands that we call Australia, while being guided by my own Celtic heritage in the way that I weave tradition and magic through my work.

Collaborations

I invite aligned collaborations with other artists or facilitators who wish to create something special for their community. For example, you could be a photographer, a breathwork facilitator, a sound healer, a yoga teacher, an art therapist, a musician, a singer, a crafts-person…the list of potential co-creation is endless. Private Bookings

I am available to facilitate your Bridal Blessing (alternative hen party), Mother Blessing, Baby Naming Ceremony, Commitment Ceremony (alternative wedding - see more below), your daughter’s Menarch Ceremony (first period)…or any other occasion that you wish to infuse with intention and ritual. Prices start at $240 for a two hour ceremony, depending on requirements, location and travel time. Commitment Ceremonies / Sacred Union Blessings / Weddings

Celebrate your love

Whether you choose to call it a wedding, a commitment ceremony, a sacred union blessing, a handfasting, or something else… I offer an intimate and sacred approach to celebrating your love. Curated especially for you, this ceremony may or may not include a Circle where friends and families offer their blessings for the relationship, creation of a couples blessing necklace, ceremonial cacao or blue lotus tea, a hand-fasting ritual, meditation, dancing, and space for you to express your love/vows to one another. I am not currently a registered celebrant (I plan to be by the end of 2023). Therefore I can facilitate your sacred ceremony without any legalities, or I can work together with your celebrant to offer you a legal wedding in an alternative style.

I do not follow any religion, however my spiritual heritage is Celtic so I am most well-versed in traditions such as calling in the elements and the directions, and connecting with the Earth, Sun & Moon to bless the proceedings. I am completely open to learning about your traditions and working together to create meaningful blessings for you and your partner.

As a yoga teacher and Reiki Master, I can also offer a retreat-style wedding where you and your guests enjoy an entire weekend of connection and nourishing heart-centred practises. This may or may not include a Bridal Blessing on the night prior to the wedding (I can bring in a male facilitator to hold a separate space for the men if required).

I will take my time prior to your big day getting to know you separately and together. I can offer healing packages which include Reiki to clear and balance your energies, and channelled guidance for your journey ahead. I can even attune you both to Reiki and give you tools to connect with each other in a healing way.

I work with incredible photgraphers, florists, and caterers on the Mid North Coast - I am happy to help you create the right team around you.

A Ceremony such as this is not limited by social norms or expectations - whatever a true celebration of your commitment looks like to you, we can work together to create that unique magic.
